Terms of service

These terms apply to GoQRM, provided by Anant Pranali Private Limited. By using GoQRM you agree to them.

1. The service

GoQRM lets companies capture and follow up leads from QR codes, with the modules they subscribe to. We may improve or change features over time.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are bought for at least one year, billed in advance plus GST, as shown on our GST tax invoices in your account. A free trial includes every feature with no limit on inquiries; exporting data needs a bought plan. When a free trial ends – or a paid period ends and its grace period has passed without payment – the account is limited to statistics and plan & invoices until a plan is bought or renewed. QR codes keep capturing leads during that time, and no data is deleted.

3. Your data and your visitors

You own your data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your visitors' details and for how you contact them. We process that data only to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use GoQRM to send spam, collect data without consent, or break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Partners

Distributors and partners are bound additionally by their partner agreement, including commission terms.

6. Liability

GoQRM is provided with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the last three months.
