A badge scanner alternative that runs on your own phones
Lead retrieval devices are rented per show and per person, and the data often arrives days later. With GoQRM your team uses the phones they already carry.

Organisers' badge scanners and visiting-card bowls have the same problem: the lead reaches your team late, with little information, and nobody knows who spoke to the visitor. GoQRM lets visitors register themselves by scanning your QR code, and gives your staff a quick-capture screen for everyone else.
Quick capture reads the QR on a visitor's entry badge with the phone camera, and marks the lead hot, warm or cold in one tap. It keeps working with no signal and sends everything once the network is back – each lead goes straight to the person who captured it. With a network, the salesperson can also just speak about the visitor and GoQRM fills the form – and the cards you still collect are turned into inquiries with Card scan: photograph several at once, check what was read, and create them all.
How it works
Visitors scan you
Most visitors register themselves on your QR page in under a minute.
Staff capture the rest
Scan a badge or type the mobile number on Quick capture; photograph the visiting cards with Card scan.
Everyone follows up
Leads, notes and voice notes are in GoQRM straight away, with reminders for the next step.

Questions and answers
Do we still need the organiser's lead retrieval scanner?
No. Visitors register on your QR page and your staff scan badges or cards with their own phones, so there is nothing to rent.
Can it read the QR code on an exhibition entry badge?
Yes, when the badge QR holds the visitor's details (vCard, MeCard or similar). If a badge only holds a link, GoQRM tells you so and you can type the details instead.
What if the hall has no mobile signal?
Quick capture works offline on the phone and sends the leads when the network returns.
Is visitor data safe?
Each company's data is kept in its own database, visitor consent is recorded, and backups are encrypted.
