Privacy policy

GoQRM is operated by Anant Pranali Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and your choices. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

1. Our customers' visitors

When a visitor scans a company's QR code and shares their details, that company decides what is collected and how it is used; we process the data on its behalf. We record the visitor's consent and store their IP address only as a one-way hash. For each scan we also note the time, the type of phone and browser, the phone's language and a random visitor id kept in a small cookie on the visitor page, so the company can see how many different people scanned and how many came back – no name, number or location. Each company's data is kept in its own separate database.

2. Our customers and partners

We hold account details (names, emails, phone numbers, business and GST details, bank details of partners for payouts) to provide the service, send invoices, reminders and commission statements, and to comply with tax law.

3. Website enquiries

When you fill in a form on this website we use your details only to reply to you. We do not sell personal data.

4. Security and retention

Passwords are encrypted, access is role-based, partner accounts use two-step sign-in, and data is backed up nightly. We keep data while an account is active and as long as the law requires afterwards.

5. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Visitors should contact the company they shared their details with; for anything else contact us.
